The purpose of this blog is so I can have a vessel through which I can share my opinion, education, and thoughts on all things fitness and nutrition related. My hope is that I can help others have an easier time reaching their goals by applying some of the concepts from research in the industry. This is not only a way to communicate with and help others but also a creative outlet to grow and learn from.
